Follow these simple steps to package your CoinBox mailer securely and send it back for counting and payout.
Packaging Instruction Video
Step 1: Pour your coins into the CoinBox mailer
Pour your loose U.S. coins from your jar or container into the bubble-padded CoinBox mailer provided in your kit.
Step 2: Seal the mailer securely
Seal the CoinBox mailer securely using clear packing tape. Cover the seams and edges well to help prevent the mailer from opening during transit.
Step 3: Add an extra layer if needed
For additional protection, you may place your sealed CoinBox mailer inside a second CoinBox padded mailer. This extra layer can help keep your shipment secure during return shipping.
Step 4: Print your prepaid mailing label
Log in to the email account you used to set up your CoinBoxForCash account and locate the prepaid mailing label we sent you. Print the label so it is ready to attach to your CoinBox mailer.
Step 5: Attach the mailing label correctly
Place the printed mailing label on the outside of your CoinBox mailer so the address is clearly visible and easy to read. Use clear packing tape to secure the full label to the envelope.
Step 6: Mail your CoinBox package
Once your mailer is sealed and labeled, you are ready to send it back. You may use any of the following return options:
- Give it to your USPS mail carrier
- Drop it off at your nearest USPS location
- Place it in a USPS blue mailbox if the package size and weight are appropriate for that location
Important Reminders
- Send loose U.S. coins only
- Seal the mailer securely before shipping
- Make sure the mailing label is clearly visible
- Keep your tracking information for reference
- Check your CoinBoxForCash account and your email for transaction updates
That’s it — your coins are packaged and on the way. Once your shipment is received, counted, and processed, your account will be updated and your payout will be issued according to your selected payout method.
